摘 要:试验研究了保温层厚度为250 mm夹心保温墙板的热工性能。结果表明:常规保温材料厚度为250 mm时,采用不锈钢桁架或夹形和限位拉结件组合等方式,夹心保温墙板的传热系数可以达到寒冷地区超低能耗外围护墙体的要求;相比FRP拉结件,金属拉结件会产生更大的热桥效应,对预制夹心保温墙板的传热系数有较大影响;随着拉结件传热通道的增加,相近穿透率的金属拉结件对传热系数的影响增大。
Abstract: The thermal properties of 250 mm insulation layer thickness sandwich panels were studied. The results show that when the thickness of common insulation layer is 250 mm, the heat transfer coefficient of sandwich panels can meet the ultra-low energy consumption requirements of peripheral wall in cold area by using stainless steel truss or combination of clip and restraint connectors. Compared with FRP, metal connectors can produce a greater thermal bridge effect, which has a greater impact on the heat transfer coefficient of sandwich panels. With the increase of the heat transfer channel of the metal connectors, the influence of metal connectors with similar penetration rate on the heat transfer coefficient increases.
