摘 要:讨论了高掺量磷石膏矿渣胶凝材料体系的化学反应原理和微观结构形成机理,介绍了以该胶凝材料体系为基础制备生态低碳水泥混凝土及相关制品的关键技术。分析了高掺量磷石膏基轻骨料的研制及其在道路基层中应用的最新进展。并基于高掺量磷石膏基水泥混凝土及其制品存在的问题,对其发展前景进行了展望。
Abstract: The chemical reaction principle and microstructure formation mechanism of the high-volume phosphogypsum slag cement material system are discussed, and the key technologies for preparing ecological low-carbon cement concrete and related products based on the cement material system are introduced. The latest development of the development of high-volume phosphogypsum-based lightweight aggregate and its application in road base are analyzed. Based on the problems of high-volume phosphogypsum-based cement concrete and its products, its development prospects are prospected.
