摘   要:研究了再生粗骨料替代率和骨料包浆对自密实再生混凝土力学性能和抗氯离子渗透性的影响。结果表明:当再生粗骨料替代率分别为30%、60%、100%时,与未包浆再生骨料混凝土相比,预包浆再生骨料混凝土的坍落扩展度分别提高了0.76%、3.33%、5.17%,抗压强度分别提高了5.9%、3.2%、6.1%,劈裂抗拉强度分别提高了5.2%、11.2%、18.2%;随着再生粗骨料替代率的增加,混凝土的电通量值增大,当再生粗骨料替代率分别为30%、60%、100%时,与未包浆再生骨料混凝土相比,预包浆再生骨料混凝土的电通量值分别下降了16.7%、22.9%、8.6%;骨料经过包浆处理后,改善了自密实再生混凝土的力学性能及抗氯离子渗透性。 Abstract: The effects of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and aggregate grouting on the mechanical properties and resistance to chloride ion permeability of self-compact recycled concrete were studied. The results show that when the replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate are 30%, 60% and 100%, compared with the ungrouted concrete, the slump-flow expansion of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 0.76%, 3.33% and 5.17%, the compressive strength of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 5.9%, 3.2% and 6.1%, the split tensile strength of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 5.2%, 11.2% and 18.2%. With the increase of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, the concrete electric flux value increases. When the replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate are 30%, 60% and 100%, the electric flux values of the grouted recycled concrete decrease respectively by 16.7%, 22.9% and 8.6% compared with ungrouted concrete. The mechanical properties and resistance to chloride ion permeability of the self-compacting recycled concrete are improved after the aggregates are grouted.

Abstract: The effects of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and aggregate grouting on the mechanical properties and resistance to chloride ion permeability of self-compact recycled concrete were studied. The results show that when the replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate are 30%, 60% and 100%, compared with the ungrouted concrete, the slump-flow expansion of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 0.76%, 3.33% and 5.17%, the compressive strength of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 5.9%, 3.2% and 6.1%, the split tensile strength of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 5.2%, 11.2% and 18.2%. (3)随着再生粗骨料替代率的增加,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力不断降低,当再生粗骨料替代率分别为30%、60%、100%时,相比于未包浆再生骨料混凝土,预包浆再生骨料混凝土的电通量值分别降低了16.7%、22.9%、8.6%,表明骨料包浆可以改善再生混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性。
