摘 要:研究了纳米SiO2对污泥焚烧灰-水泥复合胶凝体系性能的影响,并对其水化程度进行了分析。结果表明:随着污泥焚烧灰掺量的增加,复合胶凝体系的标准稠度用水量增加、凝结时间延长,水泥胶砂流动度降低、抗压和抗折强度降低;纳米SiO2的掺入在一定程度上缩短了复合胶凝体系的凝结时间,提高了水泥胶砂的强度,但对工作性不利;掺入纳米SiO2后,复合胶凝体系7 d内的化学结合水生成量和生成速率较高,纳米SiO2对复合胶凝体系早期水化影响较大。
Abstract: The influence of nano-SiO2 on the performance of sludge incineration ash-cement composite cementitious system was studied, and its hydration degree was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of sludge incineration ash content, the standard consistency water requirement of the composite cementitious system increases, the setting time is prolonged, the fluidity of the cement mortar decreases, and the compressive and flexural strengths decrease. The incorporation of nano-SiO2 shortens the setting time of the composite cementitious system to a certain extent and improves the strength of cement mortar, but it is not good for workability. After adding nano-SiO2, the amount of chemically bound water and the rate of formation within 7 days of the composite cementitious system are higher, which shows that nano-SiO2 has a great influence on the early hydration of the composite cementitious system.
