摘 要:采用肯尼亚火成岩机制砂从胶凝材料优化、粉煤灰掺量、砂率和石粉含量等几个角度开展试验研究,结果表明,在一定范围内,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土的坍落度和扩展度增大,混凝土抗压强度降低,特别是混凝土早期强度降低幅度较为明显;混凝土电通量随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而降低,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,电通量降低幅度有所减缓;砂率对混凝土坍落度和电通量的影响较小,随着砂率的提高,混凝土抗压强度有所降低;随着机制砂石粉掺量的增加,混凝土坍落度和扩展度均在增大,混凝土抗压强度有所提高,混凝土电通量有所降低,在石粉含量7%以上时,其对混凝土电通量影响不大。
Abstract: Kenya igneous rock machine-made sand was used to carry out experimental research from the aspects of cementitious material optimization, fly ash content, sand ratio and stone powder content. The results show that with the increase of fly ash content, slump and slump flow of concrete increases, concrete compressive strength decreases, especially the early strength of concrete decreases significantly; concrete electric flux increases with the increase of fly ash content. With the increase of fly ash content, the decrease of electric flux is slowed down; sand ratio has little influence on concrete slump and electric flux, and with the increase of sand ratio, the compressive strength of concrete decreases; with the increase of machine-made sand powder content, the slump and expansion of concrete are increased, the compressive strength of concrete is increased, and the electric flux of concrete is reduced. When the content of stone powder is more than 7%, it has little effect on the electric flux of concrete.
