摘   要:为更好地控制混凝土3D打印构件的成型质量,从构件造型实现程度、成型精度、表面纹理质量、力学性能、非薄壁构件的填充质量等方面介绍了混凝土3D打印质量评价指标。结合混凝土3D打印技术流程,研究了影响3D打印质量的主要因素,如打印材料、打印设备、控制系统、切片及路径规划算法、控制参数、打印环境条件等。并针对主要影响因素,采用定性分析与理论分析相结合的方法,提出了其相应的质量控制方法。 Abstract: In order to control the forming quality of concrete 3D printing components, a set of quality evaluation index of concrete 3D printing was introduced from the aspects of the realization degree of printing parts, forming precision, surface texture quality, mechanical properties of printing parts, filling quality of non thin-walled components. Combined with the whole technical process of concrete 3D printing, the main quality influencing factors were studied, including printing materials, printing equipment, control system, slicing and path planning algorithm, control parameters, printing environment conditions and so on. According to the main influencing factors, qualitative analysis and theoretical analysis were combined to further analyze, and the corresponding quality control measures were put forward.

摘   要:为更好地控制混凝土3D打印构件的成型质量,从构件造型实现程度、成型精度、表面纹理质量、力学性能、非薄壁构件的填充质量等方面介绍了混凝土3D打印质量评价指标。结合混凝土3D打印技术流程,研究了影响3D打印质量的主要因素,如打印材料、打印设备、控制系统、切片及路径规划算法、控制参数、打印环境条件等。并针对主要影响因素,采用定性分析与理论分析相结合的方法,提出了其相应的质量控制方法。

Abstract: In order to control the forming quality of concrete 3D printing components, a set of quality evaluation index of concrete 3D printing was introduced from the aspects of the realization degree of printing parts, forming precision, surface texture quality, mechanical properties of printing parts, filling quality of non thin-walled components. Combined with the whole technical process of concrete 3D printing, the main quality influencing factors were studied, including printing materials, printing equipment, control system, slicing and path planning algorithm, control parameters, printing environment conditions and so on. According to the main influencing factors, qualitative analysis and theoretical analysis were combined to further analyze, and the corresponding quality control measures were put forward.

混凝土3D打印质量影响因素较多,在未来的研究中,应综合考虑多种因素的综合影响,进行定量测试与试验,对于质量控制研究具有实际意义。
