摘 要:为了获得合适的陶粒泡沫混凝土墙板生产工艺参数,进行了自密实陶粒泡沫混凝土墙板工厂生产试验。结果表明:混凝土的坍落扩展度是生产中的关键参数,当其达到SF1级自密实混凝土性能要求时,所生产墙板的完整性好,但是表面缺陷较多;而达到SF2级自密实混凝土性能要求时,所生产墙板的质量好,表面缺陷少;混凝土的工作性越好,累计破泡率越小。
Abstract: In order to obtain appropriate production technology parameters of ceramist foam concrete wall panels, the factory production tests of self-compacting ceramsite foam concrete wall panels in production were carried out. The results show that the slump flow of concrete is the key parameter in production, and when it meets the requirement of class SF1 self-compacting concrete, the integrity of wall panels is good, but there are many surface defects. When it meets the requirement of class SF2 self-compacting concrete, the quality of wall panels is good and the surface defects are less. The better the workability of concrete, the smaller the cumulative bubble breaking rate.
