摘   要:与蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙相比,蒸压加气混凝土配筋墙板对低层建筑可不设置构造柱,混凝土现场浇筑量小、构件尺寸大的特点使其组装更高效。本文介绍了蒸压加气混凝土板式承重墙结构在国外的应用情况,结合已有研究成果和相关技术规范对该结构的力学性能进行了说明,并展望了该结构体系的应用前景。研究表明:蒸压加气混凝土板式承重墙的抗震性能良好,结构在设防烈度下可以保持预屈服状态,在大震作用下具有充分的强度储备。 Abstract: Compared with autoclaved aerated concrete block wall, autoclaved aerated concrete panel wall of low-rise buildings has no need to composite with constructional column. Small quantity of concrete pouring and large component size make its assembly more efficient. The application of autoclaved aerated concrete load bearing panel wall structure abroad is introduced, and the mechanical properties of the structure according to the research results and relevant design codes are reviewed. Researches indicate that autoclaved aerated concrete load bearing panel wall has good seismic performance. The wall behaves in its pre-yield region under the seismic fortification intensity, and has sufficient strength reservation in strong earthquake. In conclusion, the application of autoclaved aerated concrete load bearing panel wall structure is prospected.

Abstract: Compared with autoclaved aerated concrete block wall, autoclaved aerated concrete panel wall of low-rise buildings has no need to composite with constructional column. 加气混凝土板式承重墙结构已广泛应用于国外低层装配式建筑,多家蒸压加气混凝土公司,例如Aercon、Hebel、Ytong等已经拥有丰富的工程经验,加气混凝土板式承重墙结构良好的抗震性能已在试验和工程实际中得到证明。
在党的十九大“乡村振兴战略”的引导下,我国正积极推进新农村建设,全面建成小康社会,新型砌体材料、装配式砌体结构将是我国砌体结构的重点发展方向。蒸压加气混凝土作为优秀的节能保温新型建材,为装配式砌体部品提供了最佳选择,相比砌块而言,蒸压加气混凝土配筋板尺寸大,工厂预制、现场高效安装,更符合装配式的特点。与国内新农村建设现有的装配式混凝土墙板结构相比,蒸压加气混凝土自重轻,仅为混凝土的1/4,加气混凝土板相对于预制混凝土墙板宽度小,标准化程度高,更具灵活性。因此,吊装、运输更方便,造价也更低。另外,蒸压加气混凝土材料本身的节能保温性能良好。因此,可结合国情加以借鉴,这将会促进我国新农村建设,特别是欠发达地区和边远山区的建设与发展。此外,对“一带一路”沿线欠发达国家的中小型项目建设,本结构体系也有良好的应用前景。
