摘 要:为探究混凝土的劣化规律,对混凝土的力学性能进行了预测,以试验室数据为基础,构建了各项力学性能指标的灰色GM(1,1)预测模型,预测各项指标的劣化规律。结果表明:以盐溶液作为冻融介质会加快试块的破坏,且不同盐溶液对试块的破坏程度存在一定差距;获得的灰色GM(1,1)预测模型精度满足要求,可用于预测灌区内混凝土建筑物的力学性能。研究成果可以为寒旱灌区混凝土建筑的寿命预测与后期维护提供参考,也可为不同类型混凝土的各项性能预测提供研究方法。
Abstract: In order to find out the deterioration law of concrete and predict the durability of concrete a grey GM (1,1) prediction model of durability indexes was established based on laboratory test datas to predict the deterioration law of each index. The results show that using salt solution as freeze-thaw medium can accelerate the damage of test block. There is a certain gap between the damage degree of different salt solutions to test block. The accuracy of the grey GM(1,1) prediction model meets the requirements, and can be used to predict the durability of concrete buildings in irrigation districts. The research results can provide a reference for life prediction and later maintenance of concrete buildings in cold and arid irrigation areas, and also provide research methods for performance prediction of different types of concrete.
