摘 要:采用Ⅲ级粉煤灰和石粉双掺进行C50泵送混凝土配制,并研究其可泵性。采用三因素三水平正交试验和方差分析法进行了对比分析,并结合混凝土实际性能表现,得出本试验条件下的最优组合:25%Ⅲ级粉煤灰+16%石粉+1.6%外加剂。
Abstract: C50 pumping concrete was prepared by mixing grade Ⅲ fly ash and stone powder, and its pumpability was studied. The orthogonal experiment was designed and three factors and three levels were used. The results show that the best combination is 25% grade Ⅲ fly ash + 16% stone powder + 1.6% admixture.
