摘   要:通过研究硅灰、Ⅰ级粉煤灰及S95矿渣粉掺量及掺入方式对高性能混凝土(HPC)的影响,确定了Ⅰ级粉煤灰和S95矿渣粉以1∶1复掺制备HPC预制装配式电缆沟。针对不同服役条件,设计了预制HPC电缆沟U型截面形式,并对其承载力进行了试验验证。结果表明:预制HPC电缆沟的关键部位强度及变形均满足承载力及变形要求,可为电缆沟的预制装配化应用提供参考。 Abstract: According to the influence of silica fume, grade Ⅰ fly ash and S95 slag powder on the performance of high performance concrete (HPC), it is determined that the best mix proportion of grade Ⅰ fly ash and S95 slag powder is 1∶1. For different service conditions, the U-shaped section of HPC prefabricated cable trench is designed and prepared, and the bearing capacity is verified by simulation and test. The results show that the strength and deformation of key parts of HPC prefabricated cable trench can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation, which can provide a reference for application of  the prefabrication and assembly process of cable trench.

摘   要:为研发清水镜面混凝土构件的生产技术,详细介绍了配合比设计、构件模具、饰面保护等技术,对比论证了不同制作工艺对清水镜面混凝土构件饰面效果的影响,最终确定了清水镜面混凝土构件的制作工艺,并结合实际工程案例进行了应用与验证。 Abstract: In order to develop the production technology of fair-faced concrete components, the mix proportion design, component mold, facing protection and other technologies are introduced in detail, the influence of different production processes on the finish effect of fair-faced concrete components are compared and demonstrated, and finally the production process of fair-faced concrete components are determined, and the application and verification combined with practical engineering cases are carried out.

摘   要:为实现装配化、生态化和景观化,从结构设计和生态设计出发,提出了一种新型预制混凝土生态组合护岸制品,重点介绍了该类护岸制品的连接构造、结构配筋、生态仓布置,最后基于实际工程,介绍了其生产流程和应用效果,以期丰富水利工程护岸的结构形式,提高相应工程的社会和经济效益。 Abstract: In order to realize the aim of assembly, ecology and landscape, a new type of precast concrete ecological composite revetment is proposed from the structural design and ecological design. The connection structure, structural reinforcement and ecological bin layout are mainly introduced. Finally, based on the actual project, the production process and application effect are introduced, so as to enrich the structural form of the revetment of water conservancy projects and improve the social benefit and economic benefits of the corresponding projects.
