摘 要:采用Design-Expert软件研究了原状粉煤灰及铁尾矿砂对泡沫混凝土干密度、吸水率及抗压强度的影响,并观察了泡沫混凝土断面的细观结构。结果表明:原状粉煤灰掺量的增加会使泡沫混凝土的干密度和吸水率降低,当原状粉煤灰掺量占胶凝材料的40%时,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度最高;固定粉煤灰掺量为40%,铁尾矿砂掺量在0~50%范围内增加会使泡沫混凝土的干密度和抗压强度增加,吸水率降低;当原状粉煤灰掺量<40%时,原状粉煤灰掺量越多,泡沫混凝土内部的气泡越稳定;铁尾矿砂掺量的增加可使泡沫混凝土的孔径减小,密实度增加。
Abstract: The influence of original fly ash and iron tailings on dry density, water absorption and compressive strength of foam concrete was studied by Design-Expert software, and the microstructure of foam concrete was observed. The results show that the dry density and water absorption rate of foam concrete decrease with the increase of raw fly ash content, and when the original fly ash content is 40%, the compressive strength of foam concrete is the highest. When the fixed fly ash content is 40%, the increase of iron tailings content in the range of 0~50% can increase the dry density and compressive strength of foam concrete, but reduce the water absorption. When the original fly ash content is less than 40%, the more the raw fly ash content, the more stable the bubbles inside the foam concrete. The increase of the iron tailings content can reduce the pore size of foam concrete and increase the density.
