摘   要:为了解石粉含量对机制砂混凝土的性能影响,制备了2%、5%、7%、10%四种石粉含量的机制砂混凝土,分别研究了其力学性能、工作性及耐久性,探究了不同石粉含量机制砂在预制构件混凝土中的应用,进行了装配式构件的试生产。结果表明:在合适掺量下,石粉在一定程度上能改善机制砂的堆积密度,从而提高混凝土强度;石粉含量过大会降低混凝土密实性,从而影响混凝土力学性能;采用机制砂配制的混凝土力学性能、抗渗性能和抗冻性能可以达到与天然砂混凝土的同等水平。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of stone powder content on the performance of manufactured sand concrete, the manufactured sand concrete with 2%, 5%, 7% and 10% of stone powder was prepared, and its mechanical properties, working performance and durability were studied respectively. The application of manufactured sand with different stone powder content in prefabricated component concrete was studied, and the prefabricated component was producted in factory. The results show that stone powder can improve the strength of the concrete by improving the bulk density of manufactured sand in a certain extent. Excessive stone powder content will reduce the compactness of concrete and have bad effect on the mechanical properties of concrete. The mechanical properties, impermeability and frost resistance of concrete with manufactured sand are similar to those of concrete with natural sand.

(1)采用不同石粉含量的机制砂可以配制出具有良好工作性能的装配式用机制砂混凝土,其抗压强度、抗折强度和抗拉性与天然砂混凝土基本相同。随着石粉含量的提高,机制砂混凝土的最佳砂率呈逐渐下降的趋势。
(2)合适掺量下,石粉在一定程度上改善了机制砂的堆积密度,有利于提高混凝土的力学强度。然而如果石粉含量过大,将使混凝土出现颗粒级配不合理的现象,粗颗粒偏少,减弱了骨架作用,会导致混凝土的密实性降低,致使混凝土力学性能有所下降。
(3)机制砂混凝土的抗渗性能和抗冻性能与天然砂混凝土相似,但具有较高的收缩值。
(4)中试结果表明,采用机制砂配制的混凝土强度不低于河砂,如生产过程控制得当,可以取代河砂生产装配式混凝土预制构件,还能降低原材料成本。
