摘 要: 通过18根外径分别为219 mm和273 mm试件的轴压试验及227根试件的有限元模拟分析,探讨了膨胀剂掺量及套箍系数对试件承载力的影响。结果表明:添加膨胀剂后,初始紧箍力增大,钢管和混凝土迅速进入协同工作状态,有效提高了钢管混凝土的承载力;膨胀剂掺量过大会导致钢管混凝土的横向应力增加,承载力降低;当膨胀剂掺量为5%时,屈服承载力和极限承载力的提高幅度最大,分别为11.9%和49.85%;添加膨胀剂的钢管混凝土柱承载力及延性随着套箍系数的增加而提高;提出的承载力计算公式可满足工程实际应用。
Abstract: Through the axial compression test of 18 specimens with 219 mm and 273 mm outer diameter and the finite element simulation analysis of 227 specimens, the influence of expansive agent content and hoop coefficient on the bearing capacity of the specimens was discussed. The results show that after adding expansive agent, the initial hoop force increases, the steel tube and concrete quickly enter the cooperative working state, and the bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube is effectively improved. When the expansive agent content is too large, the transverse stress of concrete filled steel tube increases and the bearing capacity decreases. When the expansive agent content is 5%, the yield bearing capacity and ultimate bearing capacity increase by 11.9% and 49.85% respectively. The bearing capacity and ductility of concrete filled steel tube columns with expansive agent increase with the increase of stirrup coefficient. The calculation formula of the bearing capacity can meet the engineering application.
