摘 要:套筒灌浆连接是装配式建筑中钢筋的最主要和应用最广泛的一种连接方法,通过分析灌浆缺陷对连接件、构件以及结构性能的影响,总结了装配式建筑中钢筋连接套筒灌浆缺陷的不同检测方法,并归纳了灌浆缺陷的改进方法。灌浆缺陷的主要检测方法有:超声波法、X射线法、内窥镜法、冲击回波法、预埋钢丝法、压电陶瓷材料检测法、电阻法、预埋传感器法、神经网络检测法和毛细管注水法。从设备到施工方法的改进措施包括定量控制装置、缺陷可检修型灌浆套筒和扩孔注射补灌。在实际工程中,可以先采用超声波法快速检测灌浆缺陷,然后结合内窥镜法检测灌浆缺陷尺寸,最后采取扩孔注射补灌方式进行缺陷补救。
Abstract: Sleeve grouting connection is the main and the most extensive connection method for steel reinforcement in prefabricated building. By analyzing the influence of grouting defects on the properties of connectors、components and structures, the detection methods of grouting defects and the improvement methods of grouting defects are summarized. The main detection methods of grouting defects include ultrasonic method, X-ray method, endoscope method, impact echo method, embedded steel wire method, piezoelectric ceramic material detection method, resistance method, embedded sensor method, neural network detection and capillary water injection method. Improvement measures from equipment to construction methods include quantitative control device, defect repairable grouting sleeve and reaming injection filling. In practical projects, the ultrasonic method can be used to quickly detect the grouting defects, and then the size of grouting defects can be detected in combination with the endoscope method, and finally the flaw repair can be carried out by means of reamed injection irrigation.
