摘   要:利用物理、化学、高温方式对再生砖粉进行了活性激发,测试其活性指数,并研究了活性最高再生砖粉的取代率对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)抗压性能、抗折性能和劈裂抗拉性能的影响。结果表明:物理、化学、高温方式均有助于激发再生砖粉的活性,其中,球磨45 min再生砖粉的活性最高,为71.4%;再生砖粉UHPC的力学性能与再生砖粉取代率呈负相关;当再生砖粉取代率为10%时,再生砖粉UHPC的力学性能接近基准组。 Abstract: The physical, chemical and high temperature methods were used to activate the recycled brick powder, and its activity index was tested, and the effect of the replacement rate of the most active recycled brick powder on the compressive, flexural and split tensile properties of UHPC was studied. The results show that the physical, chemical and high temperature methods are helpful to stimulate the activity of recycled brick powder, and the activity of recycled brick powder is the highest at 71.4% by ball milling for 45 min. The mechanical properties of recycled brick powder UHPC are negatively correlated with the replacement rate of recycled brick powder. When the recycled brick powder replacement rate is 10%, the mechanical properties of recycled brick powder UHPC are close to those of the reference group.

摘   要:利用物理、化学、高温方式对再生砖粉进行了活性激发,测试其活性指数,并研究了活性最高再生砖粉的取代率对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)抗压性能、抗折性能和劈裂抗拉性能的影响。结果表明:物理、化学、高温方式均有助于激发再生砖粉的活性,其中,球磨45 min再生砖粉的活性最高,为71.4%;再生砖粉UHPC的力学性能与再生砖粉取代率呈负相关;当再生砖粉取代率为10%时,再生砖粉UHPC的力学性能接近基准组。

Abstract: The physical, chemical and high temperature methods were used to activate the recycled brick powder, and its activity index was tested, and the effect of the replacement rate of the most active recycled brick powder on the compressive, flexural and split tensile properties of UHPC was studied. The results show that the physical, chemical and high temperature methods are helpful to stimulate the activity of recycled brick powder, and the activity of recycled brick powder is the highest at 71.4% by ball milling for 45 min. The mechanical properties of recycled brick powder UHPC are negatively correlated with the replacement rate of recycled brick powder. When the recycled brick powder replacement rate is 10%, the mechanical properties of recycled brick powder UHPC are close to those of the reference group.

(1)掺再生砖粉水泥胶砂试件的活性指数较对照组大幅降低;机械、化学、高温方式均对再生砖粉的活性激发起到促进作用,其中,球磨45 min再生砖粉的活性最高,达到了71.4%。
(2)当再生砖粉取代率为10%时,UHPC的28 d抗压强度为142.3 MPa,与基准组较为接近;当再生砖粉取代率为20%时,UHPC试件的28 d抗压强度为123.2 MPa,略高于规范要求的120 MPa;当再生砖粉取代率为30%时,UHPC的抗压强度不能满足规范要求。
(3)当再生砖粉取代率为10%时,UHPC的28 d抗折强度为23.2 MPa,与基准组接近;当再生砖粉取代率为30%时,UHPC的28 d抗折强度为15.2 MPa,略高于规范要求的15 MPa;当再生砖粉取代率为40%时,UHPC的抗折强度已不能满足规范要求。
(4)当再生砖粉取代率为10%时,UHPC的28 d劈裂抗拉强度为11.0 MPa,与基准组较为接近,且10%取代率UHPC的劈裂抗拉强度前期增长较快。
