摘 要:针对高原地区铁路预制梁开裂的几种常见形式,从环境因素、材料因素、结构因素和工艺因素角度分析了其开裂的原因。提出了优化混凝土原材料品质与配合比、采取保温及保湿养护方式、增设防裂钢板网、改进拆模工艺等措施来降低预制梁体混凝土非荷载收缩开裂及降低受到外荷载应力开裂的风险,并在实际工程中取得了良好的效果。
Abstract: Aimed at the common cracking forms of the railway prefabricated beams in the plateau region were researched, the causes of cracking were analyzed from environmental factors, material factors, structural factors and technological factors. The measures of improving the concrete raw materials quality, optimizing the concrete mix proportion, implementing the curing methods of warm and humidity keeping, adding anti-crack steel mesh and improving the mold removal process were put forward, which had a significant effect on reducing the risk of non-load shrinkage cracking and external load stress cracking of prefabricated concrete beam and showed a good cracking control results in the actual engineering.
