摘 要:为解决目前混凝土早龄期变形试验方法存在的缺陷(试模及润滑油脂对混凝土收缩变形的约束、无法准确测得混凝土初凝前的变形),采用重液悬浮混凝土试件的方法来消除试模对试件的变形约束,研发了一种能准确测量混凝土早龄期变形的试验装置。结果表明:通过该试验装置测得的数据具有一定的准确性。
Abstract: In order to overcome the defects of existing test methods(mould and lubricating oil restrict shrinkage of concrete, and cannot accurately measure the deformation before the concrete initial setting), a new testing apparatus for early-age concrete unconstrained deformation was developed for using suspension heavy-liquid in eliminating the restriction of mould. The results show that the data by testing apparatus has certain accuracy.
