摘 要:研究了不同掺量的可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、聚羧酸高效减水剂单掺对钼尾矿砂抹面砂浆力学性能的影响,并通过正交试验确定了3种外加剂对砂浆性能影响的顺序,得出了钼尾矿砂抹面砂浆最佳配合比为胶砂比1∶3,减水剂0.8%,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.15%,可再分散乳胶粉1%。
Abstract: The effects of three admixtures, redispersible latex powder, cellulose ether and polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the mechanical properties of molybdenum tailing mortar were studied. The order of the effects of the three additives on the performance of the mortar was determined through orthogonal experiments, and the best ratio of molybdenum tailings plastering mortar was found to be 1∶3, the water reducing agent was 0.8%, and the hydroxypropyl methyl fiber was 15% and redispersible latex powder was 1%.
