摘 要:研究了石粉含量对预制沉管机制砂混凝土工作性、力学性能等的影响。结果表明:石粉含量过大会导致混凝土拌和物含气量下降、黏聚性提高、流动性降低;石粉在混凝土中主要起填充作用,当石粉含量在10%左右时,混凝土的力学性能和抗氯离子渗透性较好;石粉含量过大会导致混凝土塑性开裂敏感性提高,但在合适养护条件下,机制砂可提高混凝土的抗裂性能;混凝土的干燥收缩率随石粉含量和龄期增加而上升,石粉含量为10%时,混凝土的60 d干燥收缩率为311×10-6;石粉对引气高性能混凝土抗冻性的影响不显著,但随石粉含量增加而下降。
Abstract: The effect of stone powder on the workability and mechanical properties of precast immersed tube manufactured-sand concrete was studied. The results show that stone powder reduces the entrained air content of concrete, increases cohesiveness and reduces fluidity. Stone powder primarily plays a role of micro-aggregate filling. When the stone powder content is about 10%, the mechanical performance and the resistance to chloride ion diffusion are the best. Stone powder enhances the plastic cracking sensitivity of concrete, but the manufactured sand is beneficial to advance the crack resistance of concrete under good curing. The drying shrinkage rate of concrete rises with stone powder content increasing. When the stone powder content is 10%, the 60 d drying shrinkage rate is 311×10-6. The influence of stone powder on the frost resistance of air-entrained high performance concrete is not significant, but it appears to decrease with the increase of stone powder content.
