摘 要:基于Design Expert软件,采用响应面法(RSM)分析了玄武岩纤维(BF)长度和体积掺量对再生粗骨料替代率为20%的玄武岩纤维再生混凝土(BFRAC)力学性能的影响。结果表明:BF体积掺量对BFRAC力学性能的影响程度大于BF长度;对于抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度,对应的BF最佳掺量分别为0.2%、0.1% 和0.2%。
Abstract: Based on Design Expert software, the response surface method(RSM) was used to analyze the influence of basalt fiber (BF) length and volume content on the mechanical properties of basalt fiber recycled concrete(BFRAC) with 20% replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate. The results show that BF volume content has a greater influence on the mechanical properties of BFRAC than that of BF length. For the flexural strength, split tensile strength and compressive strength of BFRAC, the corresponding optimal BF content is 0.2%, 0.1% and 0.2%, respectively.
