摘 要:通过正交试验研究了砖粉掺量、石灰石粉掺量、水胶比、砂率对混凝土工作性、力学性能和氯离子渗透性的影响,并确定了最优配合比。结果表明:采用25%的砖粉和10%的石灰石粉等质量替代35%的水泥,可以配制出性能优良的C35砖粉-石灰石粉混凝土,且与基准混凝土相比,其体积稳定性和氯离子渗透性得到明显改善。
Abstract: By using the orthogonal test, the influence of brick powder content, limestone powder content, water-binder ratio and sand ratio on the fluidity, mechanical properties and chloride ion permeability of the concrete with brick power and limestone powder were studied, and the optimum mix proportion was determined. The results show that C35 brick-limestone powder concrete with excellent performance can be prepared by using 25% brick powder and 10% limestone powder instead of 35% cement, and compared with the reference concrete, its volume stability and chloride ion permeability are improved obviously.
