概述了废弃玻璃的粒径、颗粒表面处理方法和掺量等因素对混凝土力学性能、碱硅酸盐反应、抗渗性、抗冻性和耐腐蚀性等性能的影响,分析了废弃玻璃在混凝土工程中推广应用的可行性,提出了废弃玻璃混凝土有待进一步研究的方向。

(1)废弃玻璃可作为粗骨料、细骨料、掺合料用于混凝土的制备,且在合适的替代率下,废弃玻璃混凝土的各项力学性能均较好。
(2)废弃玻璃颗粒在替代粗骨料时容易引起一定程度的ASR反应,使废弃玻璃混凝土结构在长期使用过程中存在安全隐患,可通过添加粉煤灰、玻璃粉等材料来减轻ASR反应。
(3)废弃玻璃粉有助于提高混凝土的力学性能,且在合适的替代率下,废弃玻璃粉混凝土的耐酸性能、抗氯离子渗透性等较优。
(4)抑制或改善废弃玻璃混凝土中的ASR反应以及废弃玻璃对混凝土性能影响的微观机理仍有待深入研究。
