摘 要:为了提高煤矸石混凝土的力学与耐久性能,将煤系偏高岭土部分取代率水泥,研究了不同取代率的煤系偏高岭土对煤矸石混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度、耐磨性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:掺加煤系偏高岭土可显著提高煤矸石混凝土的力学性能;当煤系偏高岭土取代率为30%时,煤矸石混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度均最大;掺入适量煤系偏高岭土能够有效改善煤矸石混凝土的耐磨性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,其最佳取代率为30%。
Abstract: To improve the mechanical properties and durability of coal gangue concrete, the effects of coal metakaolin on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, abrasion resistance and sulfate resistance of coal gangue concrete were studied by partially substituting cement with coal metakaolin. The results show that the incorporation of coal metakaolin can greatly improve the mechanical properties of coal gangue concrete. When the amount of coal metakaolin is 30%, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of coal gangue concrete reach the maximum value. In addition, the incorporation of coal metakaolin can effectively improve the abrasion resistance and sulfate resistance of coal gangue concrete, and the optimum content is 30%.
