摘 要:为了探究聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维和聚丙烯(PP)纤维应用于混凝土中的稳定性,配制了不同浓度的NaOH溶液来模拟混凝土的碱性环境,同时采用加速腐蚀的方法对两种纤维进行碱溶液腐蚀处理,分别测试不同时间段两种纤维的直径和力学性能,并通过电镜观察纤维的表面变化情况。试验结果表明,随着浸泡时间的延长,两种纤维的直径都有所增加,强度都逐渐减小,但PP纤维的耐碱性能优于PVA纤维;碱溶液浓度越高,对纤维的腐蚀就越严重。微观形貌分析表明,相同条件下,PVA纤维比PP纤维受腐蚀更为严重。
Abstract: In order to investigate the stability of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and polypropylene fiber used in concrete, different concentrations of NaOH solution were formulated to simulate the alkaline environment of the concrete, and both fibers were subjected to alkaline solution corrosion treatment by accelerated corrosion. The diameters and mechanical properties of the two fibers were tested at different time periods, and the surface changes of the fibers were observed by electron microscopy. The test results show that as the soaking time prolonged, the diameters of both fibers increased, and the strength decreased gradually. However, the alkali resistance of polypropylene fibers was superior to that of polyvinyl alcohol fibers the higher the concentration of the alkali solution was, the more serious the corrosion. Micromorphology analysis shows that under the same conditions, PVA fibers are more corrosive than PP fibers.
