摘 要:研究了纳米SiO2掺量对掺膨胀剂碱矿渣砂浆抗压强度、自收缩、干燥收缩和孔隙率的影响。结果表明:膨胀剂的掺入有助于减少碱激发矿渣砂浆的自收缩和干燥收缩,但会显著降低早期强度;掺入2%纳米SiO2可基本补偿由于掺入膨胀剂造成的强度损失,且对碱矿渣砂浆自收缩和干燥收缩的影响较小;适量纳米SiO2的掺入可显著降低掺膨胀剂碱矿渣砂浆的孔隙率。
Abstract: The effects of nano-SiO2 content on the compressive strength, self-shrinkage, dry shrinkage and porosity of the alkali-activated slag mortar(AASM) with expansion agent were analyzed. The results show that the addition of expansive agent can reduce the self-shrinkage and dry shrinkage of AASM, but can significantly reduce its early strength. The addition of 2% nano-SiO2 can basically compensate the strength loss caused by the addition of expansive agent, and has little effect on the self-shrinkage and dry shrinkage of AASM. Appropriate amount of nano-SiO2 can significantly reduce the porosity of AASM with expansion agent.
