摘 要:设计了4根铝粉加气自应力钢管混凝土短柱和2根普通钢管混凝土短柱,并进行了轴心受压对比试验。结果表明,自应力钢管混凝土柱具有强度高,预应力损失小的优点。在轴压试验受力初期的弹性阶段,其最大轴力提高至极限承载力的87%以上,极限承载力可提升15%左右,且预应力水平越高,提升越明显。预应力施加方法可大幅延长钢管混凝土柱的弹性阶段,改善正常使用阶段的性能。
Abstract: The axial compression tests of 4 aluminum-powder-aerated concrete filled steel tubular short columns and 2 ordinary concrete filled steel tubular short columns are studied. The results show that this type of self-stressing steel tube concrete column has the advantages of high strength and low prestress loss. In the elastic stage of the axial compression test, the maximum axial force is increased to more than 87% of the ultimate bearing capacity. The ultimate bearing capacity can be increased by about 15%. With the increase of prestress level, the ultimate bearing capacityincrease more obviously. The prestressing method can significantly extend the elastic stage and improve the performance during normal use.
