摘   要:测试了闪长玢岩的吸水特性,研究了闪长玢岩作为粗骨料对混凝土施工性能的影响。结果表明:闪长玢岩碎石内部的裂隙、孔隙较发达,吸水率高,但吸水速率慢;闪长玢岩的掺入使得混凝土拌合物的流动性损失显著增加,泌水率降低;采用骨料预湿工艺和掺减水剂的方法可以解决闪长玢岩混凝土的施工性能问题。 Abstract: The water absorption characteristics of diorite porphyrite was tested, and its influence on the construction performance of concrete was studied. The results show that the fissures and pores in the diorite porphyrite are relatively developed, and the water absorption is high, but the water absorption rate is slow. The addition of diorite porphyrite significantly increases the fluidity loss of concrete mixture and reduces the bleeding rate. The problem of construction performance of diorite porphyrite concrete can be solved by using aggregate pre-wetting technology and adding water reducing agent.

Abstract: The water absorption characteristics of diorite porphyrite was tested, and its influence on the construction performance of concrete was studied. The results show that the fissures and pores in the diorite porphyrite are relatively developed, and the water absorption is high, but the water absorption rate is slow. The addition of diorite porphyrite significantly increases the fluidity loss of concrete mixture and reduces the bleeding rate. The problem of construction performance of diorite porphyrite concrete can be solved by using aggregate pre-wetting technology and adding water reducing agent.

(1)闪长玢岩的内部裂隙、孔隙较发达,在饱水浸泡的情况下,其吸水率为 2.20%,10 min内吸水速率高达66.3 g/(kg·h),之后持续吸水,至4 h后达到饱和吸水状态。
(2)闪长玢岩的掺入会导致混凝土流动性经时损失增加,泌水率下降,但对混凝土力学性能及体积稳定性的影响较小。
(3)骨料预湿工艺可有效解决混凝土流动性损失问题,预湿闪长玢岩骨料的含水率以大于1.7%为佳;在混凝土拌合水用量一致的前提下,骨料预湿工艺会使混凝土初始流动性下降;通过使用减水剂可实现提升闪长玢岩骨料混凝土初始流动性和流动性保持的效果。
