摘 要:研究了细骨料种类和级配、膨胀剂掺量对高性能水泥基灌浆料性能的影响,并对比分析了缓凝剂掺量及掺入方式对其实际应用效果的影响。结果表明:采用河砂作为细骨料制备的灌浆料能够保持较好的流动性,但其强度低于采用石英砂或机制砂作为细骨料的灌浆料;当膨胀剂掺量为2%时,灌浆料的竖向膨胀率能够满足GB/T 50448—2015《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》的要求;两种缓凝剂复掺的效果优于单掺,复掺0.8‰缓凝剂RA+0.8‰缓凝剂RB可明显延长Ⅳ类灌浆料的凝结时间,且30 min经时扩展度损失较小,对强度的影响也较小,能够满足实际工程要求。
Abstract: The effects of different fine aggregate, gradation and expansive agent content on the performance of cement-based high-performance grouting material were studied, and the practical application effects of retarder content and mixing mode in grouting material were compared and analyzed. The results show that when river sand is used as fine aggregate, the grouting material can maintain good fluidity, but its strength is lower than that of grouting material with quartz sand or machine-made sand as fine aggregate. When the content of expansion agent is 2%, the vertical expansion rate of grouting material can meet the requirements of GB/T 50448—2015 The Application Requirements of Technical Code for Application of Cement-based Grouting Materials. The effect of the two retarders is better than that of the single retarder. The compound addition of 0.8‰ retarder RA+0.8‰ retarder RB can significantly prolong the setting time of Ⅳ grouting material and has little impact on the strength, so it can be well applied to practical projects.
