摘 要:以夹砂层地质为研究背景,结合工程实例,采用规范计算、现场载荷试验及ANSYS有限元分析方法,对预制混凝土劲性复合桩(PPRC劲性复合桩)地基进行了设计计算,并将结果进行了分析比较。结果表明,PPRC劲性复合桩单桩抗压承载力试验值与有限元分析结果较相近,且大于承载力设计值,PPRC劲性复合桩承载力特征值满足设计要求;通过与水泥粉煤灰碎石桩(CFG桩)对比可知,PPRC劲性复合桩经济优势明显,具有较好的推广前景。
Abstract: Take the geology of site mezzanine layer as the background of the study and combine with the engineering examples, theoretical calculationsthe, static load tests and ANSYS finite element analysis were used to design iso-core PPRC strength composite pile. The results show that the test value of the single-pile pressure-resistant carrying capacity of the strength composite pile is similar to the analysis value of finite element,and greater than the carrying capacity design value. The composite foundation carrying feature value meets the design requirements. Through comparison and analysis with CFG pile composite foundation, it is found that the economic advantages of the PPRC strength composite pile composite foundation are obvious and have good prospects for popularization.
