摘 要:研究了不同掺量的玄武岩纤维对3D打印再生水泥基材料工作性与力学性能的影响。结果表明:当玄武岩纤维掺量为0.3%~0.5%时,可满足3D打印所需的流动性、可挤出性、可建造性、凝结时间等要求,且所制备的3D打印再生水泥基材料的抗压与抗折性能均较好。
Abstract: The effects of different contents of basalt fiber on the workability and mechanical properties of 3D printed recycled cement-based materials were studied. The results show that when the content of basalt fiber is 0.3%~0.5%, it can meet the requirements of fluidity, extrudability, constructability and setting time for 3D printing, and the compressive and flexural properties of the prepared 3D printed recycled cement-based materials are good.
