摘 要:通过正交试验研究了粉煤灰、硅灰和玄武岩纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响,结合SPSS软件对试验数据进行了统计分析,运用极差分析方法得到了各因素对混凝土力学性能影响的主次顺序。结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土各龄期的力学性能呈下降趋势;随着硅灰掺量的增加,混凝土各龄期的力学性能呈上升趋势;随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度基本不变,劈裂抗拉强度得到一定提升;当粉煤灰掺量为10%、硅灰掺量为6%、玄武岩纤维掺量为0.45%时,混凝土各龄期的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均最高。
Abstract: The effects of fly ash, silica fume and basalt fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied by orthogonal test, and the test datas were statistically analyzed by SPSS software, and the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the mechanical properties of concrete was obtained by using the range analysis method. The results show that the mechanical properties of concrete at each age decrease with the increase of fly ash content. With the increase of silica fume content, the mechanical properties of concrete at each age show an upward trend. With the increase of basalt fiber content, the compressive strength of concrete is basically unchanged, and the splitting tensile strength is improved to a certain extent. When the fly ash content is 10%, silica fume content is 6% and basalt fiber content is 0.45%, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete at each age are the highest.
