摘 要:以煤矸石为原料,利用机械球磨法粉碎煤矸石,并将其与不同的化学激发剂混合,制得了活性不一的煤矸石粉。通过正交试验,研究了煤矸石粉掺量、化学激发剂种类和掺量对煤矸石胶砂抗压强度的影响,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了煤矸石粉的矿物组成和微观形貌。结果表明:机械球磨破坏了煤矸石的层状结构,提高了其表面活性;以10%掺量的煤矸石粉等质量替代水泥,并掺入2%的Ca(OH)2激发剂,可加快煤矸石粉的二次水化,对应胶砂试件的抗压强度达到最大。
Abstract: Coal gangue powder with different activity was prepared by mechanical ball milling and mixing with different chemical activators. Through orthogonal test, the influence of coal gangue powder content, chemical activator type and content on the compressive strength of coal gangue mortar was studied, and the mineral composition and micro morphology of coal gangue powder were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that mechanical ball milling destroys the layered structure of coal gangue and improves its surface activity. By replacing cement with 10% coal gangue powder and adding 2% Ca(OH)2 activator, the secondary hydration of coal gangue powder can be accelerated, and the compressive strength of corresponding mortar specimen can reach the maximum.
