摘 要:采用固定砂石体积法和改进的全计算法,设计了C40机制砂自密实轻骨料混凝土的配合比,并通过正交试验分析了机制砂自密实轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度和工作性。结果表明:当水胶比为0.37、体积砂率为51%、Ⅰ级粉煤灰替代率为20%、硅灰替代率为4%、聚羧酸高性能减水剂掺量为1%时,能够满足C40机制砂自密实轻骨料混凝土的相关性能要求。
Abstract: Using the fixed gravel volume method and the improved total calculation algorithm, the mix proportion of C40 machine-made sand self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete was designed, and the compressive strength and workability of machine-made sand self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete were analyzed through orthogonal test. The results show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.37, the volume sand ratio is 51%, the substitution rate of grade Ⅰ fly ash is 20%, the substitution rate of silica fume is 4%, and the content of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water-reducing agent is 1%, C40 machine-made sand self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete can meet the relevant performance requirements.
