摘 要:用陶砂部分替代河砂制备了3D打印砂浆,并对该砂浆的流动性、抗压强度以及微观孔结构进行了研究。试验结果表明:砂浆的流动度在170~180 mm时具有良好的可打印性;随陶砂掺量的增加,3D打印砂浆的抗压强度降低,当陶砂的体积掺量为30%时,砂浆试件28 d的抗压强度为14.7 MPa;随着陶砂掺量的增大,砂浆3 d龄期的孔隙率呈现先增大后减小的趋势,其中,陶砂体积掺量为30%时,砂浆的孔隙率最小,此时无害孔和少害孔所占的比例最大。
Abstract: Ceramic sand was used to partially replace river sand, and the fluidity, compressive strength and microscopic pores structure of 3D printed mortar were studied. The test results show that the mortar has good printability when the fluidity is 170~180 mm. With the increase of ceramic sand content, compressive strength of 3D printed mortar decreses. When the volume content of ceramic sand is 30%, the 28 d compressive strength of mortar test block is 14.7 MPa. With the increase of ceramic sand content, the porosity of mortar at 3 d increases first and then decreases. When the volume content of ceramic sand is 30%, the porosity of mortar is the smallest, and the proportion of harmless holes and less harmful holes is the largest.
