摘 要:利用MTS试验系统,研究了珊瑚混凝土的早期强度增长规律、单轴压缩强度的尺寸效应、破坏模式以及损伤演化特征。结果表明:海水拌制的珊瑚混凝土具有明显的早强特点,养护3 d和7 d试件的相对强度分别可达到0.84和0.90;高径比(长宽比)对试件的单轴压缩强度有较大影响,高径比(长宽比)越大,试件的峰值强度越大,残余强度越小,且表现出显著的脆性破坏特征;单轴压缩条件下,珊瑚混凝土的破坏模式以张拉破坏为主,其破坏形态为断裂裂纹贯穿骨料破坏;借助声发射系统,监测到声发射振铃数与试件的宏观力学性能紧密相关。
Abstract: The MTS test system was utilized to study the early strength growth law, size effect of uniaxial compression strength, failure mode and damage evolution of coral aggregate concrete. The results show that coral aggregate concrete mixed by seawater has obvious characteristics of early strength and its relative strength after curing 3 d and 7 d can reach 0.84 and 0.90 respectively. The uniaxial compressive strength of specimens is significantly affected by height-diameter ratio(length-width ratio). The higher the height-diameter ratio(length-width ratio) is, the higher the peak strength is and the smaller the residual strength is, showing a significant brittle failure characteristic. Under uniaxial compression, the main failure mode of coral aggregate concrete is tensile failure and its fracture surface runs through the aggregate. With the aid of the acoustic emission system, the number of acoustic emission ringing is closely related to the macro-mechanical properties of the specimen.
