摘 要:为研究聚丙烯纤维(PP纤维)、耐碱玻璃纤维(BX纤维)、钢纤维(GX纤维)对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)电杆力学性能和耐久性能的影响,在前期掺量优选试验基础上,采用卧式离心工艺成型了规格为?覫190×12×M×BY的UHPC 电杆,并进行了力学性能和耐久性能试验。结果表明:不同纤维种类对UHPC 折压比的影响从高到底依次为:GX纤维、BX纤维、PP纤维;三种纤维均可提高UHPC 的耐久性,但效果不显著;三种纤维对UHPC 电杆力学性能的影响由高到低依次为:GX纤维、BX纤维、PP纤维;三种纤维UHPC 电杆均满足相关标准要求,考虑电杆外观和经济性,可使用PP纤维和BX纤维生产UHPC 电杆。
Abstract: In order to study the effects of polypropylene fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber and steel fiber on the mechanical properties and durability of ultra-high performance concrete poles, based on the preliminary content optimization test, the ?覫190×12×M×BY ultra-high performance concrete poles were produced by horizontal centrifugal process, and the mechanical properties and durability tests were carried out. The results show that the effects of different fiber types on the flexural compression ratio of ultra-high performance concrete from high to low are steel fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber and polypropylene fiber. Three kinds of fibers can improve the durability of ultra-high performance concrete, but the effect is not significant. The effects of three fibers on the mechanical properties of UHPC poles from high to low are steel fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber and polypropylene fiber. Three kinds of fibers all can meet the requirements of relevant standards. Considering the appearance and economy of poles, polypropylene fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber can be recommended to used to produce UHPC poles.
