摘   要:研究了石材加工产生的废石粉替代部分水泥对3D打印水泥砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:总体上,随着废石粉掺量的增加,砂浆的流动度降低,静态屈服应力提高,但凝结时间变化不明显;通过调整减水剂掺量可以改善废石粉对3D打印水泥砂浆流动性和可建造性的不利影响;废石粉的掺入对3D打印水泥砂浆的力学性能和层间界面黏结强度不利。 Abstract: The effect of replacing part of cement with waste stone powder produced by stone processing on the performance of 3D printing cement mortar was studied. The results show that with the increase of the waste stone powder content, the fluidity of cement mortar decreases and the static yield stress increases in general, but the setting time does not change significantly. The adverse effect of waste stone powder on the fluidity and constructability of 3D printing cement mortar can be improved by adjusting the amount of water reducing agent. The incorporation of waste stone powder is detrimental to the mechanical properties and interface bonding strength of 3D printing cement mortar.

摘   要:研究了石材加工产生的废石粉替代部分水泥对3D打印水泥砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:总体上,随着废石粉掺量的增加,砂浆的流动度降低,静态屈服应力提高,但凝结时间变化不明显;通过调整减水剂掺量可以改善废石粉对3D打印水泥砂浆流动性和可建造性的不利影响;废石粉的掺入对3D打印水泥砂浆的力学性能和层间界面黏结强度不利。

Abstract: The effect of replacing part of cement with waste stone powder produced by stone processing on the performance of 3D printing cement mortar was studied. The results show that with the increase of the waste stone powder content, the fluidity of cement mortar decreases and the static yield stress increases in general, but the setting time does not change significantly. The adverse effect of waste stone powder on the fluidity and constructability of 3D printing cement mortar can be improved by adjusting the amount of water reducing agent. The incorporation of waste stone powder is detrimental to the mechanical properties and interface bonding strength of 3D printing cement mortar.

(1)随着废石粉掺量的增加,砂浆的流动度降低,静态屈服应力提高。10%~15%掺量的废石粉能够减少砂浆一定时间内的流动度损失,改善砂浆的可建造性。但是,废石粉的掺入对砂浆的凝结时间无显著影响。
(2)随着废石粉掺量的增加,3D打印水泥砂浆的早期抗压强度和抗折强度降低,层间界面黏结强度降低。
(3)本研究表明,将废石粉应用于3D打印水泥砂浆中具有可行性,但废石粉对3D打印水泥砂浆力学性能的负面影响仍有待解决,后续将对此进行深入研究。
