摘 要:研究了搅拌站废水掺量(25%、35%、45%)对混凝土冻融循环后的质量损失、外观形态、动弹性模量及抗压强度的影响规律,建立了掺废水混凝土的冻融损伤模型。结果表明:当废水掺量为25%时,试件的质量损失较大,但抗压强度及动弹性模量仍高于普通混凝土;当废水掺量为35%和45%时,混凝土的抗冻性能得到显著提高,但废水掺量为45%的混凝土动弹性模量下降较快,废水掺量为35%的混凝土抗冻性能最佳;建立的冻融损伤模型能够较好地反映掺废水混凝土的冻融损伤演化规律。
Abstract: The effects of the content of wastewater from concrete mixing station(25%, 35%, 45%) on the mass loss, appearance, dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength of concrete after freeze-thaw cycle were studied, and the freeze-thaw damage model of concrete mixed with wastewater was established. The results show that when the content of wastewater is 25%, the mass loss of the specimen is large, but the compressive strength and dynamic elastic modulus are still higher than those of ordinary concrete. When the wastewater content is 35% and 45%, the frost resistance of concrete is significantly improved, but the dynamic elastic modulus of concrete with wastewater content of 45% decreases rapidly, and the frost resistance of concrete with wastewater content of 35% is the best. The established freeze-thaw damage model can better reflect the freeze-thaw damage evolution law of concrete mixed with wastewater.
