摘 要:分别选取了不同粒径(2~5 mm、5~10 mm和10~15 mm)的骨料进行双粒级混合,在水灰比为0.32的条件下,调整粉煤灰掺量(10%、20%、30%)制备了目标孔隙率为18%的透水混凝土试件。并对试件的抗压强度、有效孔隙率以及透水系数进行了测试,得出了骨料级配和粉煤灰掺量对透水混凝土抗压强度和透水性能的影响规律。结果表明:当骨料混合比例m5~10 mm∶m10~15 mm=5∶5 ,粉煤灰掺量为20%时,透水混凝土性能最佳,抗压强度达到21.2 MPa,透水系数可达到 1.45 mm/s。
Abstract: In order to study the influence of aggregate particle size grading and admixture on the performance of pervious concrete, 2~5 mm, 5~10 mm and 10~15 mm of aggregate particle sizes were selected to mix them in pairs. Under the condition of water-cement ratio of 0.32, 10%, 20% and 30% of fly ash content were selected respectively to prepare pervious concrete test blocks with target porosity of 18%. The influence rules of aggregate gradation and fly ash content on the compressive strength and water permeability of pervious concrete were obtained by measuring the compressive strength, effective porosity and water permeability coefficient of the test block. The results show that when the aggregate mixing ratio m5~10 mm∶m10~15 mm is 5∶5, and the fly ash content is 20%, the pervious concrete has the best performance, the strength can reach 21.2 MPa, and the pervious coefficient is 1.45 mm/s.
