摘 要:采用P·O 52.5R水泥、高性能掺合料、钢纤维等原材料和0.22、0.24两个水胶比制备了CF80、CF90高性能钢纤维混凝土,对其工作性、强度和断裂性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,制备的高性能钢纤维混凝土具有工作性好、强度高、断裂性能优良等特点,可以满足矿井工程的使用要求;掺入钢纤维会降低混凝土的工作性,提高混凝土的强度和断裂韧性,大幅提高断裂能。
Abstract: CF80 and CF90 high-performance steel fiber reinforced concrete were prepared by using P·O 52.5R cement, high-performance admixture, steel fiber and other raw materials and water-binder ratios of 0.22 and 0.24. The workability, strength and fracture properties were tested experimentally. The test results show that the high-performance steel fiber concrete has the characteristics of good work performance, high strength and excellent fracture performance, which can meet the requirements of mine engineering; the incorporation of steel fiber can reduce the workability of concrete,improve the strength and fracture property of concrete.
