摘 要:由于密拼式钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板天然存在50~60 mm深度的拼缝,故有必要对其最大裂缝宽度问题进行深入研究。为此,设计制作了3块密拼式叠合板、1块后浇带式叠合板和1块整浇预制板,对其进行了静载试验。试验及数值模拟结果表明,通过公式?滓s≤0.6fyk限制开裂截面处受拉钢筋的钢筋应力能较好地保证密拼拼缝钢筋桁架叠合板在正常使用过程中的最大裂缝宽度的控制问题。
Abstract: It is necessary to study the maximum crack width of reinforced truss concrete composite slab because of its natural seam of 50~60 mm depth. For this reason, three close assembled composite slabs, one post-cast strip composite slab and one precast slab were designed and manufactured, and the static load tests were carried out. The test and numerical simulation results show that limiting the tensile stress of steel bar at cracked section by the formula ?滓s≤0.6fyk can ensure the control of maximum crack width of reinforced truss concrete composite slab with close stitching joints in normal operation.
