摘 要:研究了盐雾侵蚀环境下不同掺量铁尾矿砂再生混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀性能。结果表明:相同条件下,未掺铁尾矿砂再生混凝土的氯离子侵蚀深度远高于普通混凝土的氯离子侵蚀深度;随着铁尾矿砂掺量的增加,氯离子侵蚀深度先降后增,当铁尾矿砂掺量为30%~40%时,试件的氯离子侵蚀深度小于普通混凝土和未掺铁尾矿砂再生混凝土的氯离子侵蚀深度;相同侵蚀深度处的自由氯离子含量随铁尾矿砂掺量的增加先降后增,当铁尾矿砂掺量为40%时,自由氯离子含量总体上达到最低;总氯离子含量随侵蚀时间的延长变化不大,结合氯离子含量随侵蚀时间的延长而降低,同时自由氯离子含量随侵蚀时间的延长而增加。
Abstract: The chloride ion corrosion resistance of recycled concrete with different iron tailings content in salt spray environment was studied. The results show that the chloride ion erosion depth of recycled concrete without iron tailings is much higher than that of ordinary concrete under the same conditions. With the increase of the content of iron tailings, the chloride ion erosion depth decreases first and then increases, and when the content of iron tailings is 30%~40%, the chloride ion erosion depth is less than those of ordinary concrete and recycled concrete without iron tailings. The free chloride ion content at the same erosion depth decreases first and then increases with the increase of the content of iron tailings, and when the content of iron tailings is 40%, the free chloride ion content is generally the lowest. The total chloride ion content does not change much with the extension of erosion time, and the combined chloride ion content decreases with the extension of erosion time, and the free chloride ion content increases with the extension of erosion time.
