摘 要:为研究硫酸铵溶液腐蚀环境下混凝土的性能变化,结合实际工程情况,通过对混凝土试件进行压应力状态下的硫酸铵溶液腐蚀和碳化交替试验,研究了硫酸铵溶液浓度、压应力比和交替次数对混凝土强度的影响,分析了硫酸铵溶液对混凝土强度的影响机理,并根据碳化与硫酸铵溶液交替作用下的强度变化规律,建立了专用的测强曲线方程。结果表明:在硫酸铵溶液腐蚀下,随着腐蚀时间和溶液浓度的增加,混凝土强度下降;当压应力比为20%和40%时,压应力可以减小碳化和硫酸铵腐蚀对混凝土的不利影响;碳化与硫酸铵溶液腐蚀交替作用对混凝土的损伤有负面效应,存在叠加和交互作用。
Abstract: In order to study the performance change of concrete in the environment of ammonium sulfate solution erosion, combined with the actual engineering situation, the influence of ammonium sulfate concentration, compression stress ratio and alternating times on the strength of concrete was studied by alternating corrosion and carbonation of ammonium sulfate solution under compression stress. The influence mechanism of ammonium sulfate solution on concrete strength was analyzed, and the strength change rule under the alternating action of carbonization and ammonium sulfate solution was analyzed, and the special intensity measurement curve equations were established. The results show that under the ammonium sulfate corrosion, concrete strength decreases with increasing corrosion time and solution concentration, and when the compression stress ratio is 20% and 40%, the compression stress can reduce the adverse effects of carbonation and ammonium sulfate corrosion on concrete. The alternate action of carbonization and ammonium sulfate corrosion has a negative effect on the damage of concrete, and there are superposition and interaction effects.
