摘 要:随着社会的进步,能耗问题日益凸显,建筑能耗所占比重越来越大,在这种情况下,建筑的节能特性就显得尤为重要。自保温墙体作为节能建筑领域里的典型代表,同时也暴露出诸多的缺点,例如墙体热桥部位热量散失严重、墙体开裂、内表面结露等问题。本文通过自保温墙体不同形式的热桥部位现场测量,研究了不同保温层厚度下的热桥温度与热流密度的变化趋势,并且进行了冷凝分析,根据热桥影响范围和合适的保温层厚度对热桥进行保温层的设计,得到一系列性能参数,为今后自保温墙体在寒冷地区的推广以及应用提供了数据支持。
Abstract: With the progress of society, the energy consumption is becoming increasingly prominent, building energy consumption proportion is increasing, in this case, such characteristics of construction is particularly important. Self-thermal insulation wall is a typical representative in the field of building energy saving, but also exposed many shortcomings, such as wall heat loss of thermal bridge, wall cracking the inner surface, condensation and other issues. Through on-site measurement of thermal bridge of wall insulation in different forms, the variation tendency in different temperature and thermal insulation layer thickness on the heat flux are analyzed according to the thermal influence scope and suitable thickness of the insulation layer design of thermal insulation layer and get a series of performance parameters, which provides the data support for the self-thermal wall in cold areas of promotion and application.
