摘   要:基于工程实际要求,对内衬高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)片材化学物理性能及内衬HDPE片材钢筋混凝土管节进行了试验研究,包括内衬HDPE单键和多键的抗拉拔试验、管节接头抗内水压和外水压试验、HDPE片材覆贴接头抗外水压试验、外压荷载试验, 可为HDPE片材在钢筋混凝土排水管中的应用和推广提供参考。 Abstract: Based on the actual requirements of project,  the chemical and physical properties tests of HDPE sheets and pipe section tests of large diameter HDPE lining reinforced concrete sewer pipes are carried out, including single and multiple bond pull-out tests of HDPE lining, internal and external water pressure tests of pipe joints, external water pressure test of concrete sewer pipe joint with HDPE sheet, interface and external pressure load tests, which can provide a reference for the application and promotion of HDPE sheet in the corrosion resistance of reinforced concrete sewer pipe.

摘  要:基于ABAQUS有限元软件,模拟分析了PHC管桩抱箍式机械连接轴拉承载性能。结果表明:抱箍式机械连接的零部件均可满足PHC管桩桩身轴拉设计值要求;抱箍式机械连接轴拉力传力路线不直接,位移变形相对大;零部件应力分布相对不均匀,六角高强螺钉与U型抱箍卡之间存在先后屈服的现象。建议将U型抱箍卡上的六角高强螺钉孔设置为椭圆孔,预留一定的滑动空间,避免螺钉发生材料屈服现象。 Abstract: Based on ABAQUS, the axial tension bearing capacity of hoop type mechanical connection of PHC pile is analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the mechanical parts of hoop type connection joint can meet the bearing requirements of PHC piles axial tension design value; the tension transmission route of hoop type mechanical connection shaft is not direct, and the displacement deformation is relatively large; the stress distribution of parts is relatively uneven, and there is the phenomenon of yielding successively between hexagon high strength screw and U-shaped hoop clamp. It is suggested that the hexagon high-strength screw hole on the U-type hoop should be set as an ellipse hole, and a certain sliding space should be reserved to avoid the material yield phenomenon of the screw.

摘   要:大跨度先张法预应力混凝土双T板具有跨度大、结构性能好、成本低、整体性好等特点,被广泛应用于工业建筑。结合实际工程,介绍了大跨度双T板的生产工艺,并重点阐述了钢绞线张拉、预应力控制、混凝土浇筑和养护工艺,可为大跨度双T板的生产应用提供参考。 Abstract: Large-span pre-tensioned prestressed concrete double-T slabs have the advantages of large span, good structural performance, low cost, good integrity and are widely used in the industrial buildings. Combined with the practical engineering, the production technology of the double-T slab is introduced, and the steel strand tension, prestress control, concrete pouring and maintenance technology are described in detail, which can provide a reference for the production and application of long-span double-T slabs.
