摘 要:利用正交试验方法研究了硅灰掺量(3%、5%、7%)、偏高岭土掺量(8%、10%、12%)与聚丙烯纤维体积掺量(1%、2%、3%)对透水混凝土力学性能、渗透性能和耐久性能的影响。正交试验结果表明:硅灰对透水混凝土力学性能的影响较为显著,纤维对透水混凝土连续孔隙率的影响较为显著;得出推荐掺量为:硅灰掺量为7%、偏高岭土掺量为10%、纤维掺量为2%。冻融循环试验结果表明:透水混凝土的相对动弹性模量、抗压强度均随冻融循环次数的增加而降低,质量损失率、连续孔隙率和透水系数均随冻融循环次数的增加而逐渐增大;透水混凝土冻融循环后的相对剩余抗压强度与动弹性模量损伤度呈抛物线型下降的趋势。
Abstract: The effect of silica fume content(3%, 5%, 7%), metakaolin content(8%, 10%, 12%) and polypropylene fiber volume fraction(1%, 2%, 3%) on mechanical properties, permeability and durability of pervious concrete(PC) was investigated by using orthogonal test method. The orthogonal test results show that the silica fume has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of PC, and fiber has a significant effect on the continuous porosity of PC. The recommended content is the silica fume content is 7%, metakaolin content is 10%, and fiber content is 2%. The test results of PC freezing-thawing cycles show that the relative dynamic modulus and compressive strength of PC decrease gradually with the increase of freezing-thawing cycles, and the change rate of mass loss, continuous porosity and permeability coefficient increase gradually with the increase of freezing-thawing cycles. The relative residual compressive strength and dynamic elastic modulus of PC show a parabolic decline trend after freeze-thaw cycles.
