摘 要:通过劈裂抗拉强度试验研究了普通混凝土(NC)强度等级和界面处理方式对混杂纤维活性粉末混凝土(HFRPC)与NC界面黏结性能的影响。结果表明:与凿毛、露骨料、切槽界面处理方式相比,植筋HFRPC-NC试件的劈裂抗拉强度最高,为NC试件破坏强度的1.15~1.22倍,且破坏模式为延性破坏;对于界面粗糙度不同的凿毛、露骨料、切槽三种界面处理方式,HFRPC-NC试件的劈裂抗拉强度可达NC试件破坏强度的70%~92%,且劈裂抗拉强度随界面粗糙度的增大而增大;HFRPC-NC试件的劈裂抗拉强度随NC强度等级的提高而增大。
Abstract: Through the splitting tensile strength tests, the effects of strength grade of ordinary concrete(NC) and interface treatment methods on the interface bonding performance of hybrid fiber reactive powder concrete (HFRPC) and NC were studied. The results show that compared with the interface treatment methods of roughing, exposing aggregated and cutting groove, the splitting tensile strength of planting reinforcement HFRPC-NC specimen is the highest, which is 1.15~1.22 times the failure strength of NC specimen, and the failure mode is ductile failure. For the three interface treatment methods of roughing, exposing aggregated and cutting groove with different roughness, the splitting tensile strength of HFRPC-NC specimen can reach 70%~92% of the failure strength of NC specimen, and the splitting tensile strength increases with the increase of the interface roughness. The splitting tensile strength of HFRPC-NC specimens increases with the increase of NC strength grade.
