摘 要:研究了分散剂的种类(HPMC、MC、HEC)和掺量(0、0.2%、0.4%)对碳纤维水泥砂浆(CFRM)力学性能和压敏性的影响。结果表明:当分散剂掺量为0.2%时,掺HPMC和MC的CFRM试件抗压、抗折强度均高于基准组,其中,HPMC对力学性能的提升效果最好;各组试件的电阻变化率均随着应力的增大而减小,其中,HPMC掺量为0.2%的试件灵敏度最高。综合考虑,采用0.2%的HPMC时,CFRM的力学性能和压敏性达到最佳。
Abstract: The effects of the types (HPMC, MC, HEC) and content (0, 0.2%, 0.4%) of dispersants on the mechanical properties and pressure sensitivity of carbon fiber cement mortar (CFRM) were studied. The results show that when the content of dispersant is 0.2%, the compressive and flexural strength of CFRM mixed with HPMC and MC are higher than those of the reference group, and HPMC has the best effect on improving the mechanical properties of CFRM. The resistance change rate of the specimens decreases with the increase of stress, and the sensitivity of the specimens with HPMC content of 0.2% is the highest. Considering comprehensively, when 0.2% HPMC is used, the mechanical properties and pressure sensitivity of CFRM are the best.
