摘 要:研究了水稻秸秆体积掺量对硫氧镁泡沫轻质保温材料性能的影响,测试了掺水稻秸秆硫氧镁泡沫轻质保温材料的干缩量、吸水率、导热系数、抗压强度、抗折强度,并进行了微观孔结构试验。结果表明:随着水稻秸秆体积掺量的增加,硫氧镁泡沫轻质保温材料的干缩量、吸水率、导热系数和抗压强度均逐渐降低,抗折强度在一定范围内有所增加;水稻秸秆的理想体积掺量为15%~45%。
Abstract: The effect of rice straw volume content on the performance of magnesium oxysulfide foam lightweight insulation materials was studied. The dry shrinkage, water absorption, thermal conductivity, compressive strength and flexural strength of the magnesium oxysulfide foam lightweight insulation materials mixed with rice straw were tested, and the microscopic pore structure test was carried out. The results show that with the increase of rice straw volume content, the dry shrinkage, water absorption, thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the magnesium oxysulfide foam lightweight insulation materials gradually decrease, but the flexural strength increases within a certain range. The reasonable volume content of rice straw is 15%~45%.
